@@woptiomkoKankava was called up and he himself said that it was time to give it to younger generation of players. Unlike Kashia, he was not a starter and he thought it would be better that a player who would be there for the next decade or so would get a chance to experience this. So, the coach called up 18 year old in his place. Jaba is a gentleman. It must have been his dream to olay for Georgia in a big tournament and giving up on that dream wouldn't be easy.

Wow, its just unbelievable how Georgia can defeat a giant team with stars. Anything can happen in football, but i really underestimated Georgia, in which i think its a mediocre team in EURO.

Portugal fielded their B team and threw away this game because they wanted 1 of 2 things to happen: Plan A: Let Georgia score 3+ goals in order to end up on the opposite side of the bracket to avoid France/Germany/Spain. Plan B: just lose so they can face Slovenia (57 FIFA ranking) instead of Hungary (27) in the round of 16. Thankfully Georgia weren’t so clinical in their chances and only ended up scoring 2

You're talking nonsense. Portugal was guaranteed first place before the match and knew they would be placed in the part of the bracket with France, Germany and Spain no matter the scenario, even if they lost 3-0 to Georgia.
