Yes, the judge got it right, but why did everyone on the show keep talking like there was no explanation or motive, and nobody knew why he did it, then at an hour and 23 minutes in, the lady explained exactly why he did it? Is everyone on the show calling her a liar?

These two young men were gay, Arin was on his way to see his future wife Ann, Brandon was extremly jealous his lover was leaving him. Please tell the whole story the small intestine was removed from Arins body and never found. Evidence which will tell more of the love affair between the 2 men. Cell phone never found which would contain lots more evidence by texts etc. This was a jealous love triangel rage, murder 20 stabs to the body very personal. I feel so sad for the family and friends of the Davis family. More to the story don't blame mental illness may or may not be involved. Brandon tried to cover up thier relationship between Arin and Brandon....watching Brandon walk out the court room told me a bunch watch his gait....yes the judge got it right Brandon's mom giving excuses as of mental illness if this was the case where are the professionals giving thier professional opinion. Mom wake up do your research, and think about the situation. Hopefully, one day, your son will tell you the truth of the relationship. Most family members know why maybe not spoken but now a days life styles are pretty easily figured out. Which is good or bad , no way Brandin will ever get out ever. Blaming pot alcohol etc is so wrong in this case ....😢

Okay, all else aside, did y’all seriously say that prison can treat mental health difficulties??? They can’t even treat physical health difficulties- you think he’s going to even get antipsychotic meds regularly, for his schizoaffective disorder (which is the only mental health challenge mentioned, which could possibly actually be a mitigating factor, given that OCD, Tourette’s and any kind of autism all make it LESS likely to physically harm, let alone kill, other people; NOT more. Many many people have intrusive thoughts; they are far more likely to harm themselves than to harm another. I myself am autistic and I get upset when I have to kill a bug (we live in FL, and you have to kill any indoor bugs if you see one, or they pretty much take over). Many of us (autistic people) actually, contrary to popular belief, has a surplus, not a lack, of empathy (which can cause some of us to seem more aloof, as a self-protective tactic, bc we not only have to feel all of our own feelings, but also, the feelings of those around us, whether we want to, or whether we don’t. I don’t like people spreading misinformation, so I wanted to weigh in. I think it’s extremely misleading to suggest that prison is able to provide any kind of decent health care to inmates. That only takes 5 minutes of researching reputable sources, to more than easily disprove. I still think this man belongs in prison, but he will absolutely be a danger to other inmates, if unmedicated IMO. So I hope that this risk will be reduced or mitigated, for the inmates around him. Just be honest though, please, and accurate.
@fernandaolivares7926
@fernandaolivares7926 Месяц назад
I don't think Brandon's parents mentioned the tourette's,autism and ocd as a reason why he killed Aaron but as a reason of why he had feelings of inadequacy, not belonging and depression, which prompted them to get him help, btw these 3 issues are mostly present on people who murder someone, even without the schizoaffective disorder or any other mental illness. This was a bad combo triggered by alcohol and no doubt a bad argument that triggered a latent shizofrenic event. A tragedy all around.

I saw that hope melt away after the hmjudge wa done. God placed us here to learn unconditional love. And to overcome hatred and revenge and any act of harm to another. No matter what they did. We're a century away from figuring out how to do that. The first riddle is what do you do when someone does what the defendant did. You can't just say , I love you unconditionally and send them home. We've got to have law and order. How can we maintain that and at the same time not be so vengeful when someone commits a hanous crime. God didn't make it easy.

Those people are often let off for violent crimes. This is a funny comment considering how many people suspect that closeted homosexuality may be a motive here

I don't know anything about religious missionaries, but are these young people, forced, or coerced into these missions? In order to reach a new self-worthy life "level," "status?" Or is it totally voluntary?

@@openseekeroftruth7497 From my understanding missionary service is voluntary in any church. The the family attended a LDS which is a Mormon church, from what I do know young men are expected to serve and go door-to-door to share their beliefs with others (like Jehovah Witnesses do), young women are welcomed but aren’t required. Hope that clears it up a bit.

@@erikachavarria8162 Thank you again, that does clear it up... I have a distant family who are Jehova's Witnesses, and since I was a kid, I remember hearing about my 4 young cousins far away, going door to door on their missions. To me I just couldn't imagine it was their choice. But I had a whole other upbringing. I also didn't have personal contact with them so again, I never knew if they had a choice. Their parents were super devout.

🫀🫁🔪 @58:00 ~ You should not say “he had a huge heart“ when he dismembered his friend and they still haven’t recovered some of his organs. Understandable, but a bad choice of words.

Why hasn't he told them where his phone and organs are? Does he know? Did he throw them somewhere?
