I am jt driver at this port. Used to work at the chassis yard at that 7C. This is a pretty interesting perspective from a road driver. I’m thinking of making these types of videos when I become an rtg crane operator next month
Im thinking about moving near the port of savanna from Atlanta so I can be local right now I'm otr with prime but I'm trying to find videos that will give me an idea on if it's worth the move
I’ll be starting in a day or so bringing paper from Alabama to the port. Supposedly I drop the loaded container and pick up a empty to take back to Westrock. How do you know which way to go inside the port ? Is it easily numbered ? I’m a little nervous.
Hi sid It's been a while since you posted this video but anyway I have a question. So I'm in Maryland and pull container in and out How much it's the cost for insurance down there and how much you guys usually get paid per week
I just finally got to finish watching the video. You said there are 8 gates. Any tips on those (besides gate 5 when you are empty and rollin with your own wheels)?
Good video sir! I’m interested! Do I need my own chassis or how would one use the port chassis? As a Owner Operator I would need a TWIC card, register with emodal, then get a scac. Anything else? And do you get your loads from the load board or direct? Let’s connect!
HotShot SiD How have you been? How's it going? I leave this Monday again for Schneider orientation. I had to come home the last time due to not having enough hair for a drug test. So we gonna try this again. Man them ports be crowded, great video though. Keep it pushin Sid
thank you for upload. i have one question. what does GPA issued credential (identification badge) have to do with the port entry? How do they check? I saw you only insert the TWIC card. thanks
Idk your PIN numbers are given to you from dispatch. I’m assuming whenever they file paperwork for a box a pin is given with all the information concerning the box.
