Always liked the Coverage of College Football by CBS from 1996-97 seasons. It was well done and it showed they meant business that they were ready to cover the NFL again. From what I remember this game was an instant classic.
This is the first game I really remember watching as an AU fan. Was 8 at the time. My dad decided to leave the game right before the 4th was over to get back home for some reason. Might have been an emergence idk. We watched the ending in Birmingham. Crazy it was still going on like 2 hours later. Great game
You cannot have your backs against the wall anymore than Georgia did here. The clock runs, you just barely get the spike off with one second left (literally cannot be any later than that), you still have 40 yards to go, and you STILL score! Bahahaha so epic! Go Dawgs!
