I think BTS is such a unique, quality program on RU-vid. I was introduced to Sheer Luxe through BTS and it was the only reality tv show I watched consistently. It's inspirational and such a joy to watch the team create together. Other brands have tried this format and failed miserably. Please reconsider .
Georgie has turned into a politician. Her evasive answer to the question about Richie and BTS was a masterclass. Not buying the answer that business evolves and change is needed. You don’t change one of your best products. BTS is hugely popular so there is obviously more to this than she is letting on.
Personally I think Rich going was a BIG mistake. He asked the most interesting questions and hats off to him for working in a predominantly female office. He was a new Dad and it was great to hear from a man about how a new baby can change your life so much, you could have at least given him a farewell episode where we get to put a face to the voice. We still don't know what he looks like.... which was all part of the fun. You're usually right Georgie but on this one I'm not so sure.
BTS was the best thing on SLs YT channel. Especially since GCC took a step back from presenting. I echo what others have said, BTS made you guys relatable and friendly. The slick content is great, but not really what I want to watch on YT, I feel like that approach lends itself much better to the website or even IG.
Change can be good and congrats to all the team but please don’t change too drastically. BTS and rich was one of the best elements on here, so that’s a shame but look forward to seeing what you have planned x
I think the change of BTS is a mistake, personally I never missed an episode and found them very inspiring. Off the back of BTS I then watched the couch shows. I don’t really enjoy the other shows if I’m honest, I like seeing the day to day running of the business, snippets of shoots and the interaction rather than the pristine edits on the other shows and blog.
Agree. It WAS this way round. BTS...then the couch shows/advertising etc off the back of this. And SO much of that was because of Rich's character/knowledge/wit. If it ain't broke...Personally, I DON'T feel the need for constant change any more. I think those times have gone.
Watching the last BTS back didn’t give any inkling that it would be the last. A lot of us spent busy summers yearning for back to school and a catch up with everyone; the comfy, lovely routine. For people who don’t have many friends or much adult conversation, there is an affection and attachment to feeling like you are spending time with a lovely group of people. The shock has been an upset. As someone who is just starting to accept this, I am reminded that things do not and cannot stay the same. But it does feel like I have been ghosted by someone I was (and still am) very fond of. It sounds silly and I am sure not all the comments are coming from this place, but people wouldn’t be so upset if they didn’t care this much. It has been sad, but I am at a point where I am ready to move forward with you all. I do like this format for the podcast and it’s nice to catch up with Georgie and Charlotte. Hope to see more of you all soon Best wishes
BTS were the only ones I watched 😣 the clothes/ fashion/ products/ brands / services aren't important and definitely not why I watch. It's the BTS showing the relationships and characters I like. The trip to Brighton and Paris, the shopping in M & S , the laughs. Not interested in expensive skincare/shoes. Watching the chat on the sofa is like watching a staff meeting, not that much fun. Prob won't watch anymore.
I loved BTS ...really hate that its no longer going to be on ...will miss Rich ...I do appreciate that things have to move on but I also feel why fix something when its not broken ...That element of the video was really good...

As a follower of 5 years I hope that you will take into consideration the feedback in regards to BTS. We simply ask for videos in which we can see the 'real' you. Not the polished and edited version of you. Please bring back the Sheerluxe who wasn't scared to criticise brands and not the one who is constantly trying to sell something to us
So sad that there won't be BTS any more, also my hearing isn't very good so I find it difficult to understand a lot of what was said , it would be great if there were subtitles. I may be 70yrs old but I still love SheerLuxe . Being disabled I can't walk around the shops anymore so watching SheerLuxe makes me happy.
I really enjoyed BTS and am so surprised SheerLuxe axed it. Understand that companies evolve and change, but BTS was a unique and fascinating look at your company. It is an unfortunate decision.
My favourite parts of Sheerluxe were BTS and What’s on my desk? Rich’s personality and Georgie’s vibrancy and irreverent humour gave it spark. At the moment it feels a little too cosy and rather smug. Please re-consider removing these elements. Surely it’s possible to introduce change and new ideas without axing the best parts? Please listen to your viewers!
Same it’s the only one of the shows I watched all the way through. I skim watched through the other shows. Rich you are missed. It was such a unique concept.
Georgie mentions being ‘relatable’ - in my opinion, it was BTS that made you exactly that. Not only that, it was a format that really gave you a unique edge. Please, please consider bringing it back in some guise.
I love you Georgia- love the promotions. But Rich really pushed and teased your viewers to see the shows that he followed the team on. He was witty and engaging. Also would love to see more women of African decent on your team. Miss Winnie. STILL a loyal viewer, reader, shopper. I am in the 🇺🇸 NYC and love the British clothing lines and products.
I loved Rich and how he helped give a format that BTS flowed with, and honestly knew and remembered so many different snippets about fashion, beauty or a restaurant! My first reaction was well I prob won’t watch much then (not huge into the show) but honestly change is good and exciting and it allows more people to come in and have fresh ideas and even editing skills into the mix and change things up! So cheers for taking a big risk! I also love watching this form of the podcast so much better than just listening! As a creator myself I much prefer a visual to just audio xx

Understanding how some days come together and esp what is being worn give the feeling we are part of your team. Who was Georgie’s fashion inspo? Georgia Jordini? I didn’t quite catch it. And Carine Roitfeld,,,,absolutely! And i agree with so many,,,Rich and BTS is sadly missed. It was fast-paced, introduced us to everyone’s natural personalities, and seeing behind the curtain of a fresh growing inspiring company was such fun. I’m not going anywhere….just anxious to see if something equally engaging comes back.

New format is ‘Behind the Smug”, BTS with Rich is the only format we want! Rich is a professional film maker, it’s patronising to think the SL team can recreate what he did. The lack of communication to viewers about the change was disappointing too. This is regression not evolution. Please reconsider - seeing a new BTS uploaded used to be such a thrill x
Give them time to change guys, give them time! I completely relate to what Georgie said about needing to evolve. It's easy to do 'safe' & 'predictable' but you have to push yourself & take the step into the unknown, as a business and as a human! Not meaning to sound like a Hallmark card but...I genuinely respect the decision Sheerluxe & Rich have made. I hear what many of you are saying about "losing the connection with the team" but let's give them the time & the space ( i.e. some peace) to figure out what everyone in the company is comfortable with. Quick changes happens all the time in creative/fashion industries, guess I'm used to it. BTW @SheerLuxe, this format works like a charm, the podcast in video format 👌👌
Couldn’t agree more, let’s give them time. They know where they ought to go (strategy-wise) and what works for everyone including the brands they work with. The wheels of strategy can grind slowly. I’ll trust Georgie and her team on this one and be patient.
I think the alternative to providing our feedback re BTS is just leaving the channel all together, I actually think it’s more respectful and useful to leave feedback so they have a chance to adjust to what people want to see, rather than just lose followers.
As a mother of a child with similar issues Georgie’s hopes for the future really struck a chord. Championing diversity and inclusion is so important and it’s great to see the progress Sheerluxe have actively made on this front over the last couple of years. ❤ Would love to “see” the podcast more often (love the informality of the podcast). I think what people are complaining about with the behind the scenes changes is really the loss of connection with a team we’ve come to know and love
Totally understand as a brand you want to move forward and change things re-BTS but reading through the comments so many of us obviously enjoyed BTS and Richie made it asking all the right questions and as subscribers we enjoyed; I wondered as subscribers can we be heard and BTS be put on the agenda for discussion.
Not to be rude or anything but rich made sheerluxe to what it is today. A lot of people starting following sheerluxe because of his BTS . I personally not a fan of the shows but the BTS. The new version of BtS is so choppy and shaky

Soooo i was looking for this comment. Someone told me today, that Rich is gone and all these new changes. And there was a video about it. Hence i'm here now. I haven't watched for months, cause for 1 the sound really p*ss*s me off & no one does anything about it, no captions and now it has just been blahhhh the same boring (stuck up) person, you see one, you see them all. I think indeed Georgie is gonna sell, after c and the business was hard (she said that several times on BTS) how long are they gonna continue (with own money)? She also says she wants to able to keep providing for her children & her husband was unemployed for a while (just started working again). Then also so many AD's makes me think it's just gonna be an unpersonal business. Like the one you sell to an investment company.... And now chopping BTS and Rich 😐 I checked out months ago cause it was so bland. Rant over 🙋
Please reconsider bringing BTS back, it was really the best part of the best part of Sheerluxe because it gave the viewers an opportunity to connect with the team and feel like part of the show. I believe the current format is missing something.…
Georgie darling, you are the face and brand of your company. It’s your sense of style that people are interested in. Regardless of what you are focusing on behind the scene, to step away from the spot light doesn’t make sense unless that’s what you personally need to do.
Omg I just realised that BTS is not happening! I loved seeing Georgie being in her element, uncensored and funny. What is going to happen to Rich? I never come to this Chanel for this type of episodes. I come on here to escape on BTS. Now that this is not happening anymore, I’m not sure sheerluxe will grab my interest anymore. This episode was so boring. Such a shame, I loved it how it was before. So unique. Now it just seems all business, and who wants to watch that?

Change is fine, I’m happy for all the rest of the changes, Charlotte would be a great editor imo. But losing bts honestly doesn’t make sense. without BTS I really think you’ll lose a huge amount of followers. I’m only hanging on here to see if there’s a good replacement, the show is way too polished for me to want to watch and luxegirl is too tiktok-y

Shame about BTS as it served as a platform to showcase all your brands and what you all got up to in such a fun way. But hey, change is the only constant in life - they say. So sad that you let go of BTS, that was one of the reasons I watched your channel. And Georgie, I have seen you be real in the BTS and you have been very rude when people pissed you off. BTS showed the real people that surround you and make your brand worth watching. Your channel will not be the same and honestly I’m not sure I will follow you for long.
Really … the answer as to why Rich is no longer with Sheerluxe ??? ….. BTS was a HUGELY popular part of the Sheerluxe production and as a “business” why oh why would you end a partnership with someone who absolutely made that segment so absolutely successful????? Super disappointed in that decision and has made Sheerluxe no longer my “go to” channel to watch …. Sad😢
I really, really miss the full BTS videos and Rich. What you are doing now with BTS just simply isn't as interesting or compelling. I hope you reconsider this decision.
