Okay, let's pretend I didn't disappear for months and that I still don't need to catch up some videos and let's appreciate the fact that I finally finished something, pls 💀
Anyway, did I just use this song for them? Well, yes, I did, but boy, how it truly fits their relationship!
Okay, first, I actually liked Radovid & Jaskier together, mostly because I love Jask and I think he deserves the world and someone that treats him like the king he is, and Radovid was perfect in that sense (yes, I'm a huge fan of the "betrayal" trope, so) 💖
Saying that, let's address the elephant in the room: I don't like how this relationship (well, all the season actually) was build.
I think they needed more exploration and slow burning, but apparently Joey can't appear for more than 20 minutes in an episode, so 🙄
My third point is about the true main characters in this video: I LOVED how soft Geralt was this season, with everyone but especially jaskier and I ADORED how they finally acknowledged how important they are for each other.
My heart is crying thinking this was the final season with henry, the fact that finally we could have had it all just breaks me 💔
Will I watch the new season? I don't know. I love yen and jaskier ofc, but not seeing henry!geralt and tissaia (two of my favorite characters) it's really a pretty bad hit, so I guess we will see.
Anyway, I want to dedicate this video to ‪@kindredxpenpals‬ ‪@captnswilson‬ and ‪@moonreverie‬ who are the best people ever and where so supportive in these months. Love you, ladies 💖
I hope you enjoyed the video, it was pretty fun to made and I loved finding parallels between the two ships.
