A great voice, certainly one of the best vocalists in the Netherlands. What makes it even more special is that he always delivers all his power performances perfectly, with a vocal range that gives you goosebumps, even though he suffers from chronic asthmatic bronchitis

I have to comment again. So I've started listening to his other songs. Decided to Wiki Gerard Joling. Oh my gosh!! I have not heard of the man till 2024. He is 64 this year! The man is a true living legend of a very tiny select group of voices. One of thee best singers I have ever heard. Though it saddens and pisses me off, Gerard has been famous for his stunning voice for fifty years!!! I had never heard or seen him before the first encounter only 2 weeks ago. I'm sad.

I'll never forget this song, "unchained melody" by the Righteous Brothers. It brings me back memories of when I was in college and I had this girlfriend, Helen, whom I loved very much. I will never forget her. She will always be in my mind. May God bless her wherever she is.

If he had a husband or boyfriend and he brought him on stage and kissed him all over........I am positive the entire audience would have been very receptive and applauded his courage. That's the kind of 'lovefest' concert I saw on this video and the kind of loving people. What a wonderful feel good concert.

Quel magnifique slow, il me donne la chair de poule à chaque fois que je l'écoute en dansant en charmante compagnie . Comment ne pas tomber amoureux en l'écoutant. Unchained melody was actually written in 1955 by Alex North and Hy Saret for the movie unchained. You give the song a depth that is hard to find. My wife passed away 6 years ago today and this song always brings me back to a time when she made me smile everyday. Thank You so much
