In terms of achievements Xavi and Iniesta are clear of Modric and Kroos. That barca duo were the catalysts to the two most dominant sides of this generation. Prime Barca(2008-2012) and Prime Spain(2008-2012). They won 3 consecutive major international tournaments being the best players of those tourneys. Xavi was the best player at Euro 2008. Iniesta was the best player in the 2010 World Cup and again in Euro 2012. They won 2 trebles. A sextuple and 30+ titles together. They both made it to the balon d'or podium as the top 3 finalists on more than one occasion in prime Messi and Ronaldo era(there was no way they could've won it). Unlike Modric who won it in 2018 when Messi and Ronaldo were getting old.
