Germany had 13.6 million ACTIVE personnel also the description says that this is a secenerio where the USSR capitulated to Germany Canada was taken and Britain signed for peace also it says that Japan never attacked pearl harbour keeping America under neutrality laws realisticly even if America was neutral they would start the mobilization of their army after the collapse of Canada so it would be quite even the Germans would have hard times supporting the campaign into America and suffer heavy losses to get to this point but if America just mobilized their army without really doing anything about the Germans eventually the Germans would build up an army bigger than the Americans and we know their capable of doing it like you said America has 11 million troops but Germany has 13.6 million if they bring an extra let's say 1.6 million troops more that America that means that the armys would look like 12.6 million active personnel versus 11 million active personnel now I'm not sure how many reserves both country's have so I'm going with both country's fully mobilized their armys because that would probably be a little more equal also because the Germans moved 12.6 million more the 3/4 of their army to America leaving only 1 million to guard Europe is very risky but because all of Germany's main targets have signed for peace it wouldn't be much of a problem back to the secenerio if this war to ever happening would be quite equal both country's have shown great feats in military power Germany just holding out and winning the war and America beating the British so when the war breaks out it would be really slow because America has already mobilized a realistic thing to add is the involment of Japan after seeing the war Japan would most likely carry out the attack on pearl harbour that was delayed adding another most likely 3 million troops into the war the entire Japanese army consists of 6 million troops but Japan unlike Germany still has China as a problem so they could not be as dedicated as Germany to the war but will still be a huge thorn in America's side LITERALLY Japan seeing America in a vulnerable position would probably take Hawaii then hop onto California you get the joke? Hahahahahahhahahahaahhahahahahahahaahahhahaahahahahahah Anyways this would open up two flanks on America leaving America no choice but to either split their army or surrender realisticly America would split their army the faster they kick out the Japanese the faster they can work on the Germans America would probably send 3.5 million troops to the Californian front yes it leaves 7.5 million troops versus 12.6 million Germans but that would most like likely guarantee the kick out of Japan but with a victory cost a price by now the Germans would have taken all the states that have a border with Canada and like in the video a landing similar to D Day would probably occure on Florida then the Germans would cut America off from the Atlantic ocean by taken their eastern coast line now the American took out Japan and it would be even again now the Germans would try the coast cut off thing but with America's western coastline while pushing in to the center of America from the east and a main invasion from the northern center down to the center now two things would happen either America abandones everything and try to hold out in Texas or the opposite try to hold on to everything if the first option eventually the Germans would push through and maybe the Mexicans would try to get some revenge for that war a while back if the second option the Germans would take all of America's coast line and eventually America would starve due to lack of supplies and support and that would lead to surrender yes this secenerio has a ton of IFs but it wouldn't be to off from real life if Germany took out the Soviet Union maybe this would have happened you never know
