If we come for Studies in Germany for English taught programs. Can we apply for PR with a lower level of German proficiency?

No, as a student you are issued a temporary resident for the duration of studies. For a PR you need a reason to stay in Germany ( or any Schengen countries).....for example if you find an employer ready to employ you there, or if you marry a German citizen. Language proficiency does not give right to have PR in any Schengen countries. But language skills will always help find a job for sure, as far as you have high degrees.

It really depends on which field you are Studying in. I would say you need to know to German and English is just Cherry on Cake.

I think minimum 3000 euro but it would increase till 7000euro I have shifted to Germany after completing my college in India and for masters i came my German has become c1 now I get offer of jobs like 20,000 euro to 30,000 month If you know German well you will get more salary

An informative video but without a very good knowledge of German you can never be integrated with the culture of Germany and you would always be a foreigners in Germany 🇩🇪 So please don’t encourage the coming students just to survive here.
