Parkside gives you 5 years of warranty. So, you can either contact Parkside or bring it back where you got it and you'll be sent a new one in a couple of days.
worst tool, ever, do not believe 1 day use reviews or couple of hours just to make a video. these are utter crap. no real warranty, you have to go to your supermarket and return it to the cashier when it seizes haha, batteries do not operate in cold weather, break after few real uses. no spares, etc etc, parkside is like buying a drill from ikea but worse.
@@rumorscameras well I would think you would be happy seeing how much this tool actually makes. The torque test machine costs $5000 it is just used to inform you of the true torque of the impact so you see. Maybe it is your experience the tool is crap but I bought this tool from UK to Canada just to test it for the viewers.
@@singlecams this was the unscrewing? It make the same torque for tightening? I am asking because the wired one says 100Nm tightening and 500N unscrewing torque...
@@oilybrakes yeah totally dead, they just had another batch in last week but at 59 ukp i'll pass, i'm thinking of taking out the pcb and trying to ram in a pcb from a cheap ebay cordless drill.
@@lezbriddon I'd suggest that you just bring it back to Lidl or send it in at Parkside directly. Because, they have 5 years warranty. When the new one arrives, you can coat the PCB with hot glue, nail polish, or buy some extra varnish to protect the PCB. But that might void the warranty.
