The mud is actually there accidentally because the police used a water cannon on the crowd earlier. So ironically they created their own problem 😂 and then they got defeated by a powerful Wizard

Protesters are oviously immune to the effects of the mud because of wizards protective spell.

The police are struggling for 3 reasons: 1. They used a water cannon previously, so big derp on their part 🤪 2. The mud is acting like quick sand, and they’re fully armored and wearing up to 60 pounds of equipment and riot gear 3. The Mud Wizard was summoned and is toying with them at will, rendering them completely helpless like Sid from Toy Story when he’s terrorizing all his action figures

This is how all conflicts should be resolved between people. In a field of mud using no weapons. Props to the police for not using their sticks.

Man, really, our police can be such embarrassing. But what happens actually is so wrong. We Germans call ourselves civilized but we destroy villages for burning brown coal just for making some few people extremely rich. Imagine this: When I was a young boy they taught us in school that only Eastern Germany (DDR) burns brown coal. In Western Germany (BRD) we burn black coal only because brown coal is too dirty. But the poor DDR cannot afford black coal. AND WHERE THE HELL ARE WE TODAY?????????

Weight! The police are carrying so many weapons making them very heavy! The defenders are not, they are light weight. Slapstick material and a well deserved 'laughing our asses off'.

It's not that the coal mine is starting production again, it hadn't stopped producing. It's just the planned expansion that will swallow the town you mention. There are several other similar mines in the area and even more others in other parts of Germany.

Don't feel sorry for the police, it is not really violent what we see but just fun. Like the video with the Monty Python dressed like women fighting in mud to re-enact the battle of Pearl Harbour.

There were places in WW2 and WW1 where entire battlefields were just this exact mud.. except it was made with blood, not water. Filled with dead people stuck standing or laying in the mud. People stuck out in no mans land slowly dying from exposure and thirst, all his friends can hear him cry out for help, but the constant explosions and machine gun fire wont let you go save him... General Mud is no joke.

I think this is lovely - the Police were obviously frustrated and humiliated but didn't lose their tempers - no heavy handed techniques. The Yanks would have probably taser'd the Wizard or at worst dump maged him - nice to see no-one got seriously hurt.

In america the crowd would be totting guns; robbing and burning the surrounding businesses hollering it's my right while the police are ordered to stand down if fear of retaliation..

The Police were apparently called to respond for a specific reason. The video displaying them experiencing difficulties due to the mud may appear humorous, however; the clown in the Wizard Outfit that physically pushed several of the Officers in the mud, in my opinion, was very disrespectful and could have escalated the Police response. I'm certain that, if the Police Officer would have pushed the the Clown in the Wizard robe into the mud, ti here would have been an outcry of Police Brutality. A little respect and restraint on both sides only helps to resolve the problem peacefully. The Video, although entertaining, goes a long way in displaying the disregard those demonstrators had toward the Police, who are there to protect and serve the majority of the people. End of sermon.
