They make the "dragon man" out to be weirdo, but really he is a normal guy just like anyone else that has his hobbies.
@marksmith4892
@marksmith4892 7 месяцев назад
Exactly. It is no secret that the media in America is leftist biased in the extreme, and selective, clever editing of this video made him out to be an insensitive crazy man when in reality he is clear headed, speaks frankly, and has a sense of humor. The mannequins are stage props because he has several war memorabilia museums complete with things like war uniforms and things like that, so that kitchen is part of his historical museum from the 50s era that he shows to tourists who frequent his place.

@ShutUpBubi when I saw the interview was done by Disney(ABC news), I kind of figured. They consistently smear my Governor down here in Texas as well.

In America buying tanks is legal. If you have the money, you can buy a modern tank used in the military. However… it’s my understanding that when you buy it, it won’t be fire capable.
@JayRoss11
@JayRoss11 Год назад
You can actually get one that fires...similar to what Drive Tanks does in Texas but the licensing and fees behind It are almost unattainable.
@LiteralCrimeRave
@LiteralCrimeRave 2 месяца назад
@@JayRoss11It's $200
@JayRoss11
@JayRoss11 2 месяца назад
@LiteralCrimeRave to license an actual firing tank? That's partially correct, you also need to be a licensed FFL to even remotely own and operate. And there would be a whole lot more tanks rolling around and firing if it was just that easy as $200. So I was wrong on that part...once I looked more at it, yes $200 to just own it...but the issues are actually getting the barrel to fire and the ammunition which is all now labeled a destructive device. The rounds cost $1200 to like $10,000 a shot or some crazy sht. But anyway, you several FFL license to even purchase the ammo also, which the licenses aren't all that crazy expensive either, but you have to go through our wonderful government to get and be watched by....good ole ATF gets to climb in your ass as well
@JayRoss11
@JayRoss11 2 месяца назад
@LiteralCrimeRave so anyway yes I was partially wrong about the license, which is scrutinized heavily because you are now trying to register a destructive device but that one license for the gun is $200
@LiteralCrimeRave
@LiteralCrimeRave 2 месяца назад
@JayRoss11 No liscence needed. Just register the cannon as a destructive device as well as most of the ammo. No liscence to own a tank, it's just a big tracked vehicle, you just need to buy a pair of rubber tracks sp you can drive it on the road.

In America, whether you are legally allowed to own guns (along with what type of guns and what uses) depends on a few main factors: 1. Which part of the United States you live in - California has banned most semi-automatic rifles and standard-capacity magazines, while Texas doesn't impose many restrictions. 2. Your prior criminal record - one conviction for a nonviolent drug offense is enough to ban someone from owning guns, but most jurisdictions don't impose psychological exams or similar tests due to the potential for said tests to arbitrarily deny rights (gun ownership is an enumerated right in the USA) on the basis of personal bias. 3. Which type of firearm you intend to buy - machine guns made after 1986 are effectively banned from non-commercial private ownership, but single-shot muzzleloaders are not regulated at the federal level. As far as tanks are concerned: for the most part, they are just large vehicles. If they are small enough, light enough, and equipped with rubber tracks, you can legally drive them on public roads. The USA does not regulate vehicle use on private land. However, I personally don't know whether the armament must be removed in order for it to be street legal.
@ssocar96
@ssocar96 2 месяца назад
Unless used commercially, any artillery beneath a certain size must be decommissioned. Destructive devices are very regulated.

The reason he doesn't sound very concerned is because the killing was done by the people not the item. Also because the likelihood of getting killed in a mass shooting is about the same as getting struck by lightning. Statistically if you avoid places that have "gun free zone" signs and democrat run cities, it'll never happen to you. Also why are you concerned about the number of weapons he has? You can only use a single weapon at a time. Also a single person cannot operate a tank, you need at least a gunner and a driver.
@lopakacooper1668
@lopakacooper1668 Год назад
Agreed, it’s not the gun you should be worried about, it’s the one that wields it. Because the gun by itself is harmless until a mentally deranged individual wields it.!

Obviously nobody in the comments knows anything about this guy. (To include yourself.) You watch a news clip (Which it's very obvious the political slant) and draw conclusions. Maybe people should look further into this guy. He runs a business. Yes, he deals firearms, legally. Yes, he owns many automatic weapons, that people can rent at his range and fire. No, the weapons can not leave his property. Yes, it is legal to own a tank, most of them are made inoperable to fire. (Most. Yes, you can own a fully operational tank that fires BUT the licensing and background checks and fees are something that very few can afford.) Also, part of his business is a museum, hence the mannequins. There is so much more to this that the media is NOT telling you. Is he quirky/different? Yes. Absolutely. Because he owns all of this for his business that obviously he has made very good money at, does that make him mentally unsound? No. People, really do your own research before drawing conclusions based on a 4 or 5 minute news story. Things are not always what they seem.

That guy sounds crazy. A lot of what he said gives normal gun owners a bad name. I have what many might consider a lot of guns. I just like them and shooting them is fun. I like to shoot in competitions when I can. Most Americans who have a lot of guns are just normal people who like to collect guns, because they are fun and there are so many different kinds to enjoy at a range. That's how you end up getting so many.

One of the great failures of our system is that everyone isn’t armed like this guy. The way the founders intended was for the people to be Americas army. If that had not ever been disregarded, we would still be free, and the government sure as hell would not ever have even tried Waco or Ruby ridge. Let alone gotten away with it. Value your rights!!

America is deeply, deeply disturbing. The mannequins are even more worrying than the guns. This man has the mindset of Billy the Kid. And he must make masses of money dealing in guns too. This video is weirdly, gruesomely fascinating. And creepy.

Woah, that man has more weapons than you can find in GTA V lol. Well, some people collect match boxes, other people collect weapons, it's just what you like. Personally I'm against all sort of fire arms, if we were a real intelligent species, we wouldn't need weapons, but farming tools.
@ryanburns3921
@ryanburns3921 Год назад
Correction: If we all lived by a common set of moral principles that included not causing harm to each other, we wouldn't need weapons. The majority lives by some form of this moral code. However, there are plenty of intelligent people who intentionally harm others for their own gain. Unfortunately, evil people always have and always will exist. Those people will always exploit the weaknesses of others. From gang bangers and mass killers to governments wanting complete control. If you can't defend yourself, they will exploit it every chance they get. As long as humans are around, weapons will always be necessary.

I just want to let you know, not all gun owners and enthusiast are like this. Some of us are passionate about the mechanics and evolution of firearms and the history of them, some of us grew up in the sticks where we grew up with firearms being a part of everyday life ( between hunting, protection from wild hogs, putting down livestock that are suffering from an injury they are not able to recover from, and even to protect some of the livestock from other animals), Unfortunately you do also have to want-to-be civilians that were never in the military that dress as operators and fantasize about going to war or a collapse of society ( both are absolutely horrible and should never be hoped for ). I just wanted to let you know there are some good folks out here that love firearms. Take care bud, I hope you come and enjoy the best parts the US has to offer, it can be an amazing place when you sift pass some of our down sides.
