The biggest goth festival in Germany.
The Wave Gotik Treffen ( WGT - German for Wave Gothic Meeting) is an annual world festival for dark music and dark culture in Leipzig, Germany. Since 1992 every year it's happening in Leipzig.
The WGT in Leipzig shows the full diversity of the black scene with WGT. Almost 18,000 visitors are there at WGT 2024. For four days thousands of goths from all over the world were guests and experienced highlights such as Victorian picnic, Music concert, DJ & many more. 150+ bands and artists from various backgrounds (Gothic rock , EBM , industrial and mediaeval music being examples),, play at several venues throughout the city over four days on whitsuntide.
the festival also features all night dance club parties and several fairs , Gothic and related merchandise and a variety of cultural exhibitions and performances. So join me and enjoy some of the most beautiful moments in this video of WGT in Germany.
