Yes the countries like Germany , France didn’t have the same pay-rates like in California (es silicon valley) because many factors vary for example first of all they paid a huge amount to get a degree as compare to us in EU to have the possibility to join best universities free of cost secondly the cost of living (es housing), medical security, job security, other benefits in the case you lost your job , you will not be on street’s. I have family and friends who moved to US ,they liked the USA in the way that everything is much "simpler" there. As in: you want something, you can get it as long as you have money. Few papers to fill in, few bureaucy. Things go quicker. But one bad injury, and you can be indebted for decades. This is very scary to them. I remember one of them saying "One accident and you lose it all. No wonder Americans pray so😅. And other thing as I mentioned they carry so much stress , so if you wanna make money but in short term it may be beneficial but in a long term I don’t thing so don’t be caught by bandwagon think for yourself in a long term .
