That the Neuschwanstein castle looks so new is because compared to thousands of other castles in Germany it pretty much is new. If you want to visit a really old, authentic and good preserved castle I would recommend you to visit Burg Eltz.

Because the king went bankrupt over building this castle, he was declared insane. Thats why Neuschwanstein was never finished. The Disney-Castel is pretty much, what Neuschwanstein would have looked like if he had finished it. Some one facts. Out of its houndrets rooms, only 12! are finished and open to visit. Neuschwanstein is the only! Castle in the world, that was designed with a steel roof, and telephonesystem right from the start

as is the biggest cemetory in the world "Ohlsdorf" in Hamburg. A beautiful park, but no place to work out or party ;)

14:56 thats the Olympic Park in Munich built for the 1972 Olympics. The Disney Castle is 1 hour away from Munich.

hi Mr Shady Younger brother , I have lived here since 1965, and enjoying the beauty of the cities is still and enjoy ment for me to walk among this beauty. I never feel like , oh yeah, I liked at this before no no, I love to enjoy the lovely old building that I can enjoy, or drink an espresso and look at the wonderful city. I do not go the the art gallery, I sit or walk and enjoy , the wonderful cities , the buildings and the trees and parks that fit so well for all the people. The people that hate the German people and countrie, only see ugliness, hate makes people blind. You have a good heart Shady. May all living creatures be happy and free from sufering regards Michael PS I live in Munich about 20 minutes walk distance from my flat, however at my age , 76, I now need longer than 20 min. Along the was I walk past the Bavarian parlement building, then across the bridge over the river Izar. On the bridge is a monument of the goddess Athena ( the Goddess of wisdom, for the parliament , it didnt work, smile) .

Greetings from Cologne on the Rhine, a trip here is worthwhile, if you follow the Rhine from Cologne to the Beethoven city of Bonn further south, you will find most of the castles and castles centrally located. Burg eltz in the direction of Koblenz. or the rhein mosel tour to City Trier etc.

You have to see Lübeck its like an insane disney writer created/made up the location of a city. The old city on an island with this narrow streets,near the Baltic Sea where is a harbour of Lübeck called Travemünde.

You should visit Bonn, the former capital of West Germany and visit the free entrance museum House of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany. It shows the history of West Germany from 1949 until today. For the East German history from 1949-1990 visit Leipzig and the historical forum.

It seems you are very impressed of germany! Nice greetings from Dresden! ( number 6 in this video you had watched) Try to get some contact to locals. You might gonna save a big amount of money! And it makes sightseeing a bit easier. The locals can show you the cities better than any written touristguide.

I always think the city’s are even more impressive if you see what they looked like after WW2. Dresden was just a pile of rubble, if you found a functioning wall it would have been a miracle. Nürnberg wasn’t much better. Everything was just piles of scorched stones and now many cities are just as beautiful as they have been before.

I love it when you try to speak german. Its hard to understand for a german like me, but it works. :) If you ever come to Hamburg, tell me and i will show you the city. Lübeck is also not far from here (about 45 minutes by car) and we will visit Lübeck too. I think this is a lot fun.

This is only a little few of Germany. Mostly they showed cities . What about the lake Constance Blackforest and the Romantic Street ? The country side is absolutly beautiful . We have a lot more to show. Germany is full of old castles and ruins.
