Germany bans Muslim group citing ‘extremism’, ties to Iran and Hezbollah

Germany has outlawed a Muslim religious organisation it accuses of propagating “extremism” and supporting Iran and Hezbollah.
The Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community announced the ban on the Islamic Center Hamburg (IZH) and its national affiliates on Wednesday, calling its mission “anti-constitutional”.
Iran has summoned the German envoy to Tehran to protest the ban of the religious organization.
The organisation has been under investigation for several months.
Al Jazeera’s Imran Khan reports.

As an Iranian, I am grateful to German government's vigilance. No religious or terrorist organization should be allowed to use freedom of speech to propagate its totalitarian ideology and violence. I do not believe the German government has anything against other people's belief system as long as it does not aim to undermine German democracy or constitution. Thank you Germany for not allowing propagation of Sharia laws. Keep Germany European and NOT Islamic. I wish more EU countries would shut down these dens of spies and terror.
