For those who have critical words: the pet shop can do a lot to prevent selling fish that is caught from the wildlife. Hence it would be a good idea to bring that standard to US. As you people are interested in pets, it is got to have professional shops and skilled staff.

This looks like a good petstore for sure, I personally life in the Netherlands. I have been to Zoozajac before in Germany, the biggest petstore in Germany but, this looks a lot better. In the Netherlands we also have a petstore like this one called Avonturia in The Hague. The owner of Avonturia is really passionate about what he does and also want the best for the animals. They also have a little zoo with cool places where kids can learn some stuff. I always like it when petstores try to make it the best they can, it's beautiful to see and good for the hobby.

2:30 The babies may be European Bitterling (Rhodeus amarus) fry. The adult Bitterling, found in the river Rhine, lay their eggs inside the gills of Mussels, so if the Mussels are sourced from the Rhine or waters containing Bitterlings it's very possible they have eggs incubating in thtem.

Not sure if you are planning to visit Zoo Zajac in Duisburg, if not, you should consider visiting it. If i am right, it is the worlds biggest pet store.

I would actually advice against that. Zoo Zajac has some very unethical breeding practices going on and there are lawsuites against the owner/the practices as far as I know.

In germany aquarop (wurselen) and zoo zajac are amazing! Zoo zajac even sella crocs ect. In the netherlands you should visit coral and fishstore in breda

They need stores like this everywhere. And I really want more of those rocks and wood for aquascaping but there’s not many good ones in stores where I’m from in the US. Some stores don’t even have any and just have horrible decorations like SpongeBob or neon colored things.

I know that this is a different country but I would love to know how the store personnel keep rowdy adults, teens, and kids from creating havoc, etc. plus they must have a lot of employees to service customers and maintain certain aspects of the store. Great video.

the fact that this is a chain store is absolutely crazy. the best (best in my opinion) LFS in my province isn't even *that* good 😭 where I live you have to choose between a store with amazing, colourful, healthy fish or a store with more species of fish that aren't as healthy, also it's a pretty big drive to ant LFS near me so I usually just go to MrPets because they take good care of their fish (at least in stores near me) and they usually have what I need.

Bro had freshly made tube of bratwurst and a cart of treats for his dog. I actually feel like a bad dog parent now. Unfortunately my Petco right now has tanks full of fish infected heavily with fluke worms, and that really sums up the care for animals provided by Petco. Bettas in cups and other half dead fish your incentivized to rescue.

Places like this can only exist in Germany coz they really strive for perfection. Just take a look at their car industry, they are the leading brands. You definitely won't find any pet stores like this in the UK or USA

Wenn man sich die andren Videos von dem Kanal anschaut sieht man, dass der Typ einfach total auf Tiere in Gefangenschaft steht. Also kein Wunder, dass der so nen Saftladen gut findet.
