Germany, France warn of terror threat from ISIS-K | DW News

France has joined the US and the UK in confirming that its intelligence sources indicate that the terror attack in Moscow was carried out by a branch of the so-called Islamic State group in Afghanistan, known as ISIS-K. Just last week, German police arrested two suspected members of the group. They are accused of planning an attack on Sweden's parliament, in retaliation for Koran burnings that happened in Sweden. German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser has warned that ISIS-K poses Germany's "greatest Islamist threat".

It is funny how quickly they knew this was Isis K but they still claim to not know who bombed North stream 2. According to an investigative journalist Seth Harp, the leader of Isis K was a contractor at Bagram US military base during American occupation of Afghanistan. He then worked as a security for a top American proxy - Rashid Dastum - a known drug lord. He was also at one point a vice president of the US installed proxy regime in Afghanistan and also worked for Amula Sal - the chief of NDS - intelligence wing of Afghan proxy government and CIA's righhand man in Afganistan. It is hard to not notice that Isis K has been fighting against Taliban, Pakistan and some Central Asian republics but NOT against the western interests there. Unlike real ISIS.

For fans of the radio show.. the German politician talking about how well their intelligence plays with others, I thought and lol'd about that time ANNIKA STRANDED called her dream employer Interpol, impressed their agent had their employer's name tattooed on them only to be told it is a BAND. And her dreams dashed. Great show! BBC4, Norwegian boat policewoman. They made it into a tv show but the radio version is superior. Music by First Aid Kit. Just a great radio show. Droll and wry humor all through.

Because pathetic Russian police ran away (there is a big police station in the venue, check google maps). And Russian special forces took an hour to arrive even though it’s just 3km down the road.

FYI security in public transport was ramped up whenever there is potentialfor an attack you'd see 4X the police and armed police at public transport hubs. The event should've been cancelled, given there was an event recently at Crocus 100% it was scouted out during that time with people coming in and out it's not suspicious. I remember when the the attacks in Paris happened there was a huge ramp up in police presence across Moscow. But it didn't stop the attack in Paris as the threat is wide ranging across the whole of Europe.
