I'm German. You can either take the money together or get monthly. You cannot save it. I used a hack which I'm gonna tell you, Save the money you get per month from Blocked account and live on your own doing part time job. You can earn like a 1000-1500 euro extra just by saving or making a fixed deposit. Pro tip: PLEASE DON'T COME HERE WITHOUT LEARNING GERMAN. IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!!! **ppl here are waiting to scam you taking the advantage of your language weakness

I will recommend go for government banks like Punjab national,SBI etc.. but they will not give you loan as student loan for normal loan interest will be around 7.5%to 10% it will be varried according to you in how much years you want to return@@AntareepChatterjee

some cities have mandatory requirement of block account for visa extension. They do not consider job contract as source of financial proof. Most of these cities are in Bayern.
