Average salary after tax in UAE,Dubai is higher than Germany. But in Dubai there is no minimum wage system. Some people earn here as a starting salary of 50000, other people earn here salary of 50 lakh per month.. depend on their position. So there is no minimum wage security. But in Germany .. the minimum salary people will receive is 1 to 2 lakh. For Labours Germany will be more beneficial. High level employee only can get big salary in Dubai. Spending options in Dubai are more than Germany so people tend to spend more money in entertainment in Dubai, so it make less savings. But in Germany no much space for entertainment so we save money. To settle as a family choose Germany if u want to enjoy and explore as a bachelor come to dubai

Germany is better if your intention is to leave Kerala for ever - kids get free uni education etc. Dubai if you are more keen on making money and plan is to go back to India after few ( 1 - 40 years depends on your age) your kids would be indian citizen and depends on India's situation then might be doing the same thing as what you are trying to do now I.e, going abroad and working. I prefer Germany, get citizenship their and keep OCI card..u could live in either countries then.

I am not aware of the clinic which you mentioned here. I think it’s in Hessen. If that’s the case it’s around 200 KM far from the city where I stay(Braunschweig). Regarding your question about duty: In Germany you are not allowed to work for more than 8 hours in a day. Also maximum of 48 hours in a week. In addition, you have to take break mandatory after certain hours. In general, you will feel that everything is going slow in Germany as compared to India. That means you will feel like you are very relaxed in life. That will be the case for most of the jobs. That means you will have an excellent work life balance as said by the presenter in this video. Most of the elders will speak German and that may be a difficult thing for you if you don’t speak German well. The work exposure what you get from Germany is not going to get from Middle East/India. I would suggest you to come here if you have the real job offer without a double mind. Hope I answered you. All the best 👍
