⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 涼拌洋蔥 材料: 紫洋蔥2個 芫荽2棵 辣椒仔5隻 處理/程序: 1. 預備冰粒,放入凍開水內。 2. 洋蔥,切兩端,去皮,切一條條,放冰水內浸20分鐘,減低辛辣味,同時搣開一條條。 3. 芫荽及辣椒仔,清水洗乾淨。 4. 芫荽,切去根部不要,切1.5吋一段,放碟上。 辣椒仔,去椗,切粒,放碟上。 5. 洋蔥,已浸了20分鐘,擎乾水,用廚紙索乾。 6. 紫洋蔥,放大碗內,加入芫荽及辣椒粒。 7. 加入調味料: a. 生抽半湯匙 b. 鎮江醋1湯匙 c. 魚露半湯匙 d. 麻油半湯匙 戴上透明膠手套,撈勻,放好在碟上。 8. 完成,可享用。 Onion (cold dishes) Ingredients: Purple onion 2 Nos. Coriander 2 Nos. Chili 5 Nos. Preparation/Steps: 1. Prepare ice cubes, put in cold boiled~up water. 2. The onion, cut both ends. Get them peeled and shredded. Soak in iced water for 20 minutes, to reduce the spiciness. Split it slice by slice at the same time. 3. Coriander and chili, rinse with tap water. 4. Coriander, cut off the roots. Cut 1 5" in lengths. Put on plate. Chili, cut anchors. Dice in cubes. Put on plate. 5. The onion, has been soaked in water for 20 minutes, drain. Dry with kitchen towels. 6. The onion, put in a big bowl. Add in coriander and chili cubes. 7. Add seasoning: a. Light soya sauce 0.5 tbsp b. Zhenjiang vinegar 1 tbsp c. Fish sauce 0.5 tbsp d. Sesame oil 0.5 tbsp Wear a pair of transparent gloves, mix well. Put on plate. 8. Complete. Serve.
