I used to jump rope for about 3 years, looking back this is a good technique to try to warm up and or condition the ankles to be in awkward positions once it does get into them. Good to do once in a while
@@Dmvgold1995 depends bro, for the inexperienced yes definitely one way track to snap city. But if you’re a seasoned jump roper or boxer maybe 10-20 ankle jumps each foot per session won’t be bad for it. Mentally knowing you’re able to do that will make you less prone to ankle snaps.
@@Sambigs9112 3 years.... Oh we got a veteran pro here. No advanced jump roper does that shit. Its impressive indeed but you acting like its a regular thing. No. And whatever dumb explanation you have next is not valid. You can lie to others. But lying to yourself is criminal.
Tbh thats standard jumproping. Its funny cause i learned how to get sturdy real quick because of jumproping. Funny how being an athlete can translate over to a lot of physical actions
@@legendofawwsheet5883 first of all many trainers and fighters said tank dropped and hurt heavyweight you wasn't there for say they right or wrong and elie had them on camera and when he talk about it he say such or such said tank dropped heavyweight second of all he never said floyd dropped heavyweight stop lying matter fact nobody said floyd dropped heavyweight just say you don't like him but don't lie
Tank is sick a cool dude abs I like the guy that is doing the interview. His not too formal, very friendly and down to earth at the same time keeping it professional.
It’s dope to see this young King Pushin through the adversity and not be to “tough or street” to have some fun. Tank is maturing right before us. Pay attention yall he’s definitely a role-model. Big Love “N” BigRespect Tank 🤦🏻♂️🤌🏽💥🥊
He was acting “tough and street” in his Rolly fight 🤣🤣🤣 Talking about “if this was beef nighas would’ve been at your doorstep already” Coach Bullet even had to lash out and say “we’re not on the streets this is boxing” Quit riding his nutz hoe . Let the fighters fight.
@@prpleandgold09 elli ain't genuine. Used to brown nose Loma like he does tank but when Loma didn't give him as much access he started saying everyone beats him
When you stay in the gym all of the time, your body gets conditioned to it and fighting becomes a little more natural. You can never fill prepare for an opponent you’ve never fought, but your adjustments in the fight will be a little better. That’s how Mayweather became the goat.
floyd does crossovers, double unders, side swings and a combination of all, plus some boxer skip and circle hops. tori boggs is magical with the rope, buddy lee, too
THIS IS GRANDMA, THAT'S RIGHT YOU AIME AS HIGH AS YOU CAN IT'S CALL THE TOP (TEAM, MR DAVIS YOU GUYS ARE ORDERED AND BEAUTIFUL AND BLESSED WIN ALL SEE YA IN THE FIGHT.
this time tank surprised me. training with malik wilder trainer... he is a great boxing tactician. one of the best options to win ryan. with his help we will see great things for the fight
Ellie has his I will Bigg Up you every where he Goes He knows what Fighter he Follows From Gym to Gym Even Shows up at Mike's podcast with several different Fighters.
Tank sells well. Hope Ryan can get things going pre fight as well. And they need to hurry up and get the fight announced if they want it to do better with promotion
Yea tank not beating Floyd in that department Floyd is the goat for a reason and things are different now. I think that if they do 1 million it should be a accomplishment. Plus Floyd is the blueprint
Eli, can you find a pro to do jump rope video? How many different types of trick's exist? Sir, road work and jump rope is for short rhythm? How do we train for long rhythm?
