1) In your Sheet Bend, you've got the ends on opposite sides of the knot. The fancy expert sites I've seen that test knots til they fail show that the other way - with both ends on the same side - is stronger (IIRC). 2) You show 3 bowlines: the initially loosely tied one, the one tied in the full screen, and the one tied in the little PIP inset screen. The latter two are classic bowlines, with the end sticking inside the loop, but the first one is the Dutch Navy variant with the end outside the loop. The strength testing sites I've seen say it doesn't matter, so I consider them interchangeable, but some examiners probably don't.
