Get a Job in IT Support as a Technician 

I've always loved working with computers and been helping out friends for years with any problems they may of had. I had a question and of course I understand different companies, different contracts may pay differently. And while I would love to work in a field I enjoy. I have 2 children and a wife. And was wondering if you know a general average salary a contract with an MSP pays for entry level IT support. Especially since being remote may effect that. So that I can get any idea if it would be something sustainable for my family. Any answer would be very much appreciated. Thank you

Does it require a high level of English since it is not my native language Also does remote it include calls or it is just chat or how the job works in general, also do you hire entry level?

How can you tell how skilled a person is without testing them. You guys rejected an experienced very skilled technician. Just by watching a video.
