I have been reading and listening to various growth development teachers for the past 12 years. Started off with Dr. Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Abraham-Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza and others. My body revealed this to me. My body said "no bae, we tired" so I've been chilling a lot more. Laughing and going out with friends. I've been interacting more online and watching movies. And yes the ideas flow like honey. The good feelings bubble up while I'm driving to work and I just laugh and talk with myself. I feel like a kid again. I have moments when I literally feel nostalgic inside, like Im 11 years old and I feel unstoppable again. Idk where this is going, but it's soooo good 😊

This is the 1st time I’ve heard that not being available in some form to your husband and children can have an effect on your energy.. Such a powerful contemplation, to get ahead of our beliefs and general ways of thinking before chaos hits... reminds me of what Dr. Joe Dispenza often says, something along the lines of: "Most people wait until crisis hits before they make a change. My message is: why wait?" Wouldn't life be so much easier if we implemented the changes we desire when times are good and decent, instead of the times when life is in mayday mode. But the problem is, because humans are creatures of comfort, we tend to rest on our laurels and follow the motto of "if it ain't broke, why fix it?". Most humans tend to wait til things are all the way broooooooke before they change, lol. Powerful message 🙌

I've been listening for a while and really love your work David. The most recent podcast about your daily personal practice to eliminate limiting beliefs is really helpful - I've been using Joe Dispineza's process of saying "change'when a limiting belief arises, then feeling in my body what the new state feels like. This is life changing. Your process of reminding myself that the belief is false (but only 100% of the time!) is even easier. My experience is this - often, it's not even a thought that comes up, it's a feeling that's starting to creep in. Like it's pre-verbal. It's insidious! Any comments or suggestions about that?

You had me at “do I have to…” I notice that many of my clients often have this limited belief that they had to suffer, I have clients that are sober and they can romanticize their story and they keep manifesting “BOTTOM UP “ this way…. Love this! Just what I needed to hear today. I’m an artist and I opened a gallery to show my work. I’ve been feeling so stifled ever since I opened it! And I’m just recently realizing it’s because I’m not going out and exploring as much as I used to. I have been thinking I need to sit at the gallery and “wait” for people to come in! But listening to this confirmed what I was thinking… I need to go explore more. Create more. And trust that the energy will bring people to me at just the right time… just like it always does when I’m doing what feels good! I don’t need to wait for anything! The original cause is your resistance. Because this is like a magnet for the things you are afraid of. Your vibration will be the perfect match for it. If you accept everything the way it is (course in miracles!), the things you don't like, will pass by. Example: If you are afraid of narcissist, they will follow you like moths, if you accept them the way they are, they loose their interest. If you are afraid of loss, guess what happens? 🙏Namaste

Bound energy in one area of life = resistance to energy flow in other areas of life. Thank you for this. Much better approach than to remove stagnation - that's like a double negative, taking out, not putting anything in. This sense joins dots up for me...recognise I have an abundance of energy flow to me, through me and around me; I just need to just feel/notice where the flow is slow or bound. Don't even "work" to remove the block, just do more of what's enjoyable and what's needed to nurture that from love. More positive energy in = more flow. Like Reiki. EnJOYment and satisfaction is noticing/feeling love flowing and nourishing. I'm going to use this as my truth to pivot to. Thank you for making these synchronicities as a resource. Warm wishes 🙏🍀💚
