Get Back to Basics with this Bodyweight/Mobility Workout!

There's no gym or equipment needed when it comes to working on the basics to building strength and mobility (whilst also getting a workout in!).
I know a lot of you are looking for some movements to begin with, so here are a few of my favorites that never fail to improve mobility, release tension, and build strong and healthy joints. Essential for anyone looking to progress with strength and athletic performance!
Try to implement these and other similar movements that you see on my feed every other day, or at the very least, before and after your main workout. This is going to majorly improve your range of motion, agility, and longevity.
MOVEMENT 1
Wide Mountain Climbers
8 Reps
MOVEMENT 2
Scapula Push-Ups
10-20 Reps
MOVEMENT 3
Mountain Climber to Cossack (or Lateral Lunge)
6 Reps
MOVEMENT 4
Sumo Squat to Knee Drop Shoot
6 Reps
(2-3 SETS, REST AS NEEDED)

These workouts are awesome! A week ago, I could barely bend over at the waste without pain. I started doing one of your workouts, and now it doesn't hurt to bend over to take shoes off anymore.

I have just found your channel and love the routines. I am 65 and want to increase mobility and strength. I did this after my daily push, pull and squat routine. I couldn't do all of the movements but found it to be an effective way to finish my workout. Thank you for sharing.

Hey Is there a video that breaks this down slower, I am just coming back from three years of being ill with autoimmune and heart problems and have had surgery on heart but have been released to start again, I still have bone marrow edema and inflammation all over my body, especially in my sacrum, and I have a dislocated, coccyx and inflammation in my glutes and hamstrings. I keep pausing and going back to see how you do this and was hoping there was a video that broke down movements one at a time. I recently discovered yours and phase 6 videos, or maybe there is a video you would recommend I do first. That way I can build up to this. I do notice how much my body needs this movement, just am unsure on where to begin. Thank you so much.

Is one rep just one side? Or do you count one rep after you've done both sides?

I bought your mobility program and I like it to the same extent as I do not like it. I obviously want to get more mobility but the movements are performed in such way that it already considers you to have the mobility as you two have. If I was able to do deep squat I would not have to buy it... Not much beginner friendly :/

Excellent content, but you are not using the full power of a video. Pl give verbal cues, and instructions, Also, your instructions in white against a light background hardly be seen. Useful if you can give a transcript below the video. Thank you.
