Thank you for the video, 1. all main devices are connected by cable (no wireless ) 2. avoid to use all-in-one device , 3. wired router (with DHCP) 4. wifi by using access points 5. static IP address for importance devices (projectors, main PC, printers, APs). 6. separate internet traffic (guest wlan vs main wlan)

during livestreaming... setup time based QOS rules ... use a good router at the start. ASUS with MERLIN firmware is AWESOME or... using a pi as your router with PFSense is so awesome also it does multicast and so much for video feeds.

Thanks, great video! I'm planning on streaming weddings and will be going to all sorts of churches. Many churches may not have the set up you have described, and also they may not want to have a long ethernet cable across their church running into my device. Therefore, I may only have the option of using their unreliable wifi coming out of one router device which will probably be set up in some back room. What would you suggest in these situations? --- perhaps I could set up those 4 devices you have suggested BUT depends how long it would take

My suggestion would be to always use a wired connection. If the church wants a good quality live stream you need to explain why the wire is so important. If they are willing to bring someone in to help but not willing to accept the help they bring then it doesn’t sound to me like that job will work out very well
