If you book a gig far away from home for a good paying wedding gig you can also try to book other smaller gigs along the way and make a “tour” out of it so to speak. I come mainly from the original music space where we get paid little to nothing outside of our hometown but that’s what we’d generally do 😂.

how to marketing to get gigs?

The best way is to go the venue and speak to the manager in person, but you can also email them through their website or DM on their Facebook page. To get wedding gigs, you should post a free ad as a "vendor" on the many wedding websites, which you can easily find with a Google search. Have a great weekend!
