I mean, if bh and pandaren can have a cd based crit, or slardar have an mini stun every 4 hits I dunno why bara can't have it. That, and they should really change the color of dawnbreaker's ult when she's on the enemy team.

@@josuerbague1718 HoN explored something similar when they ported over Bara as Rampage, the bash cd is reduced by distance travelled, encouraging the players to be mobile in a clash.
