Los Angeles Welcomes Special Olympics World Games 2015. In a city full of movie stars and all stars our athletes will be the stars of the show.
Los Angeles will serve as a global stage to create awareness for the acceptance and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities and allow everyone to CELEBRATE ABILITIES.

I came so close to representing Canada and my culture at these games but I was not picked, however, I made up for it by making over 600 bracelets for Team Canada and that helped me accept that I was not picked, I also made a sign that said GO CANADA GO and on other side GO AMANDA GO in red and white...I was so proud of everyone who went...this brings back memories of making those souvenirs for Canada

It is an extraordinary blessing to host The Special Olympics on Southern California , U.S.A. Every person with Special Needs is a Peacemaker and a Peacekeeper by nature because they are in a State of Grace and In Pure Spirit. Have an Extraordinary and Joyful Stay. (A day before the Inauguration 2015).

I love being apart of special Olympics but I don't want to see it become unified world games because as an athlete I couldn't compete in high school athletics and I don't wanna see something I've worked hard for be taken away it's good for the high school teams to have unified sports but as for special Olympics we should keep the way things are. I don't wanna see a change
