About the speaker:
Peter Kuijper decided to change his hectic lifestyle as an entrepreneur in 2004. In the seven years that followed, he acquired in depth knowledge on different eating habits, breathing, the art of ‘focusing’ and sleeping. Practicing what he learned made him more energetic, conscious ánd more successful. Motivated by his personal experiences, he started his actual company Mind & Health.
