I am someone who exists with my shoulders up and tensed the whole time I am awake; I have to remind myself to loosen up several times a day. This exercise brought me back to resting on my Grampa's daybed when I was a kid, right beside a window opened just enough that I could smell the wild roses outside and feel the warm sun as well. You know how you can be really warm in the summer but still have a light blanket on and be cozy? Like that. I thought my colour would be pink because at first because I was picturing the roses but the more I relaxed, the more pale green was permeating my thoughts. It was lovely. As I came back to my desk to continue working, I realized my shoulders are down, I am not holding them high and tense. Amazing. Thank you. Cheers from Nova Scotia!

I’m amazed this worked on me as well as it did first try. I’m extremely guarded with letting anyone “into my head” so to speak due to past traumas but I’ve been trying some of your videos over the last few weeks and it’s easier and easier for me each time to relax and feel results. You’re truly gifted. As an empath I have a hard time shedding other people’s energy or taking the time to check my own fuel tank so thank you so much for this! Definitely a fan here on out ❤

I had to put this video on a special playlist followed by an 8-hour track of ambient rainfall sounds because I've never woke up in less than 3 hours from it. I've never seen the video from halfway thru. After learning self-hypnosis years and years ago, I didn't expect I'd be susceptible to falling asleep and DID NOT SET AN ALARM the first time, but set myself up safely just in case. I've never seen the end of the video. Probably not even the second half at all. If I could issue a million likes on it by myself I would!!!💖💕💖

Hypnosis hasn’t seemed to work for me so far and I am constantly tired. I just tried to video, I’m still pretty relaxed, but I am really hoping this gets me going. I’m a friggin zombie most of the time and literally had to think back 15+ years to the last time I had an actual good nights rest. No one said adulthood would include insomnia lol. But the guided meditation was very easy to follow and my mind kept up with it so well it was picturing things before you suggested them, like the color and it taking over. Very cool. I’ll let you know if it works for me.

I guess I’m like relaxed yet I have more energy and I feel more awake 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good conversational induction -- I went deep, fast. And a good boost, exiting. After an allnighter and 4 hrs interrupted sleep I really needed this. My sleep schedule has been so scattered & out of synch lately, I can hardly function some days. Bookmarked. Not only did I fill my entire body with my newly found "energy color", thank you, but my memory was also a moment in my life where my wife and I were both happy, both well rested and most importantly we were very close, emotionally. My color was like Gold but it was also very yellowish. I did this yesterday morning made it a little hard to sleep (I work nights so sleep in day). I Still had enough energy to last all night long and am just now really crashing from it. Cool stuff. Can you PLEASE make a video to help people go to sleep and one for confidence would be really helpful too. It is an amazing tool that could really help people to live better lives. If I could not suffer with so many sleep problems, Have energy (like this video did to me) and be more confident in various activities in my life it would really help with some of the struggles of life. It could be really helpful to people who are in real need. Thanks for the awesome video.

Do you have a quit smoking hypnosis? This video worked great. Have been trying to quit smoking (actually have tried everything and ready to give up hope of ever quitting). I have tried everything from patches, gum, meds, ecigs,books, etc. Hypnosis is my last hope, and your hypnosis videos are amazing.

I had my 2 year old every other moment screaming in the background but managed to keep myself in a state of mind through it. The weird part is I had so much going through my head, I kept my mind clear but the images that kept running were two memories of what I thought were the best nights of sleep I have had and it kept going back and forth between the two. The thing that was that much more for me was the fact that I had one color and then the void of color darkness or black. It kept flowing like it was water the gold would form a oval shape and I was in the middle just watching it fly past me, it was amazing. I couldn't open my eyes when you said too it felt that great but as soon as you went from calm to excited my eyes shot open.

In the start I was thinking that this was stupid but now I feel so alive

Definitely feeling the latter, slow relaxed transition out of hypnosis but can feel the energy flowing through my body. Taking a second to absorb it all in then getting on with a productive day! Thanks a million, loved this video! Saving it for future sluggish days!! Much gratitude!
