Liz put a piece of aluminum on your grill so you won’t darken it. I do my salsa on the griddle but I make a pocket with the aluminum and then add it to the griddle

It's insane how early kids have to be at school.🤦‍♀️ Especially Grammar school. Plus, it's the best idea to have everything prepped the night before school. I love your videos! And I too am happy my daughter goes back to in person on February 2nd she is in preschool, so doing that online has been fun.. I know you have briefly mentioned you do intermittent fasting, do you do the 16/8 one where you don't eat after 8 and then fast till 12? I just started doing it and its been hard to keep up with it. And is there a certain creamer you use in your coffee because I know cant have regular creamer that has carbs and calories in it and I personally cant drink straight black coffee.

I love making weekly salsa too for myself! All the food I make is not spicy bc of my little kids. I bought a cute container at Homegoods it says “Tasty “ in cursive. Growing up I remember my mom always using this one special container and she never switched it lol we all knew that was the salsa one. ☺️

About the smoothies...awhile ago I tried the zip lock smoothie idea where you add protein powder, berries, yogurt etc and the freeze it...total mess and I hated getting it all out of the bag to blend it😆 I ended up preferring to just keep everything separate

My son likes bananas and blueberries so I am sticking to those for smoothies. I like those little rolled oat cups though! Do you heat up? Planning sure helps keep one on track!
