Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.
Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I am currently focusing on my vlog full time.
Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).
Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and a Canon EOS M50.
Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

Attending a football game for that long would have been it for me. You did that plus the workout and still had loads of energy to keep moving. U are super woman indeed. Your family is so lucky to have u. Wish I had that much energy.

So inspired and motivated after this - which is perfect because it's only 5:30am here in Australia and since I'm in Qld - it's business as usual here - with all 4 kids at school. I'm doing a massive kitchen declutter and hoping to get more done today. It's amazing the things we accumulate, isn't it? I hear you on the shoe front. My 12-year-old and my 9-year-old are only one size off and have the exact same school shoe. If one hasn't put theirs away they are always blaming the other. lol. How long until you move? You look lovely! Admiring your workout clothing and peachy dress that looks so pretty on you. You had mentioned ideas you sometimes get from your viewers, and I wondered if you might enjoy making a video about how each of your boys requires (I would imagine) slightly different care: the foods they like, the toys they play with recently, how one may have a requirement while the others don’t- or any other differences. I’m not sure if this fits your goals, but I thought I’d offer! A second thought I’d had was if you did a video about what your boys’ ages have taught you about parenting- I have two babies: a 1.5year-old and one on the way (both boys) and feel like lots of people might like something like that, too, especially coming from your experienced-mum channel. I’ve developed this habit now, I watch one of your cleaning/organising videos to give me motivation and then off I go. Really gives me the kick up the bum I need - especially at the moment. When does Jackson start school! My little one is starting in September and I’m petrified even though he’s my second. My eldest is starting his last year. I’ll still have my twins at home for a while though

I have a tip for storring head phones, you can hang command hooks in your desired area (i would put if near my work space) then you could just hang the headphones there

Just love this video, so real, the Joe Wicks are great and I did this workout the other day. It's reassuring to know it isn't just me trying to balance everything! I went ahead today and rearranged my bedroom after saying to myself for two months to do, i had the help of the boyfriend with the heavy furniture but i done the rest myself and i am pretty proud of myself to get it all done in a day!!

Hi Emily, great video i def. Need to try your protein shake and halloumi Korma. For eggplant parmigiana you can use a passata instead of chopped tomatoes , it's my favourite dish ☺
