Dude I loved this movieeeee. Spirit might be one of the reasons why I still have a revolutionary impulse inside of me lol We have to fight the opressors of the world with this energy, never giving up!
Never thought id ever love a movie of horses who never speak but convey so much emotion in there facial expressions lol thx for the nostalgia trip, and as always you crushed it🔥
God this movie was really like my favorite childhood movie. I got to watch it a few months ago while I watch housesitting for my mom and the memories. I really wish I made a sequel of the movie. The show they made isn’t cutting it.
Oh man! I remember asking for a cover of this song a couple years ago. So happy to see that it’s finally here! This is My favourite movie as a child. The music is fabulous! You did a great job ❤️ 🐎 🤠
My brother and I grew up watching this movie. Just a few weeks ago as of writing this comment, he passed away after fighting valiantly with an illness. (Not cancer, but we are still unsure exactly what it was despite doctor’s efforts) this scene right here, and this memorable song, was his favorite of all the songs on the soundtrack. We both would crack up the loudest at this iconic moment. So glad to hear this underrated dreamworks gem is finally getting the traction and attention it deserves. Thanks for sharing and covering this gem of a song. This song, along with “Sound the Bugle” and “You Can’t take me” were always my favorite songs in the film. Hope to see more spirit content from you soon! And thank you for bringing me this lovely reminder of my brother. ❤
What a bop! I love seeing these covers that you had Jay work on. Y’all do incredible work🔥 Love the artwork too. The ponytail makes you look like Jon though lol. Awesome cover y’all❤
I’ll be damned. In all of my years of hearing this song countless times, I never saw anyone do a retake for this one until this very instant. Caleb, you really added some twists here. First off, the music that sounded more Country than Rock was a nice touch, you added a Southern twang and with that gruff voice going with it? Ow, that was spicy. Thank you. You have a done a great service for all die hard fans of this film and us singers.
Honestly, this is the first time I've ever listened to (and only one I've ever seen) a cover made by someone on this platform and not the original language translations from the movie For a first time? This was actually pleasantly surprising and very good! Excellent work!
