It doesn’t matter if the judges are no Math WHIZes, this guy has provided EXTENSIVE PROOF & VERY WELL EXPLAINED evidence. If the judges happen to be mathematically challenged, that would be no reason to invalidate anything, they’ll simply get a bunch of ‘cream of the crop’ Math Profs, ‘cream of the crop’ IT pple/Statistics students etc (and what have you), to help them out. Quite ironically, if this thing solely boils down to a QUANTITATIVE ARGUMENT, this will make the judges work very very easy. This whole thing will be settled quite quickly with no need for any RUNOFF headaches…

This guy came with evidence in a major way, explained himself extremely well and the same cannot be said for the opposing sides evidence other than Cheerer and the mob did not agree and that Chebukati is some sort of one-eyed monster who deserves to be thrown in jail just because Chebukati did not turn around the paper with the final number from the IT guyz to show them before announcing. _We (and the Supreme Court) certainly don’t care about peoples personal entitlement issues about their roles; whether they were sitting on a high horse and didn’t want anyone else on, or whether some wanted to sit on that high horse too but were not afforded that luxury and therefore run to Serena crying with their feelings hurt; we don’t care about all that silliness in between. All we care about is the bottom line, what the people ultimately said at the polling stations in terms of total numbers. That’s it. Bottom line._ (And this guy has demonstrated that that’s what ‘the people,’ said at the polls), without the Venezuelan’s or anyone else ADDING ANYTHING. We were trying to see someone demonstrate “something irrefutable of substance,”plus that someone understanding “that substance” of theirs very well. You hear of flying colors, this guy has come sailing through with flying colors. So not unless, anyone else can present such substantial & extensive evidence to the contrary, that would cause reasonable doubt and thereby demonstrating that they can breach this system, or how it was possible that someone breached the security firewalls in place explained quite clearly by this guy then he has actually proven the IEBC sides’ case rather well. _You watch and see. With tomorrow being the last full day before judgement day, this thing is NOT going to be overturned, based on doubt as to whether the numbers were tampered with…_

It would be fair to say he is A Somali-Kenyan lawyer, just like anyone who has dual citizenship. Im a Somali-American my self & im so proud of him for being smart & of his Somali roots.

Well done Mahat Omar and his team for IEBC - in fact IEBC and it’s staff have been bearing the brunt of kenya election. As you may recall have lost their lives - we should celebrate them as heroes and heroines instead of chastising them. I am happy that Somalis have defended the Bomas and as such prevented the blood shed - thanks Noor Gabow and his team at BOMAS and now Mahat Omar Somaane - wonderfully providing a clinical finish.

What you don't get is that as a lawyer even if the technology exist he shouldn't know about it which means even if he knows he should make it clear to the court that that's something that's not possible otherwise the opponent will know he has an understanding of it which translates to, the opponent is right.
