This video creates a Power Automate flow to extract all of the Microsoft Planner (basic, not premium) tasks and details and outputs them into a file stored in SharePoint. This includes assignee name and profile, task description, status, buckets, subtasks, and the colored flags/tags. We can connect to the data using Power BI to put it in a table or Gantt chart and then schedule refresh on the dataset!
