I'm gonna be 42 years old and I've been there done that and I'm in a GREAT relationship now for 7 years because what I put up with in my 20's and early 30's is NOT what I'm putting up with now. I've learned that if you have to seek counseling while dating---ESPECIALLY in the first year---GOOD BYE to that person. The relationship SHOULDN'T be hard. Loving a person SHOULDN'T be hard. Being loved SHOULDN'T be hard. A man will make it easy for the one he wants to make it easy for. That's just the way it is.

Hey Jessica. SPf on a daily basis or covering your chest. Even if you’re not going out you need SPf. Sun rays come in through your windows. Also don’t go light with SPF. Start looking into anti aging products that are safe for your chest. Tretinoin (retin A) is great for face but unsure for chest. Preventative is best when it comes to aging. SPf, SPf, SPf!

I would have to say moisturize your neck and chest twice a day, I've done this for years and that area is minimally wrinkled. I'm currently using Vitamn E oil. I'm 52 and have been taking care of my face and this area, and compared to alot of friends my age my face neck and chest appear much younger than theirs. So it's definitely a must.

Just try to stay by yourself, even if Chris and you get back together. Being alone to heal is very important. Going back and forth isnt always "normal" sometimes its just not meant to be and you have to move on.

I’m 39. Before my wedding earlier this year, I started wearing silicon chest patches while I slept for about 2-3 weeks. I don’t like to wear them every night. I don’t have the discipline for that. But wearing them even a few nights a week seems to help overall.

I am 53 actually going on 54 real close Innoway what I do is put a little bit of argon oil in my lotion in my hands and rub it together and put it on my neck and my face and my arms late after my shower and I’ll tell you what I don’t have wrinkles and I’ve been doing that now for 10 years so try that and I think you can get Oregon oil on Amazon Or at Sephora or Ulta

After 35 people will tell you your eggs are dead, gosh awful. People are horrible but If one does not marry by early 30s, it most likely will not happen. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am 45 and have regular menstrual cycles and my male OBGYN just told me there is no chance even though I am healthy, ovulate bleed and have the pregnancy hormone. 😳 He is out of his damn mind.
