Hey Olivia, I get back pain rather than stomach pain on the first couple of days of my period when my flow is heaviest. It’s because I have a reverted womb which means it tilts backwards. It’s pretty common and not something to worry about. I only found out when I was due to have a pelvic ultrasound and the dr couldn’t see anything when she was trying to scan my lower belly like a pregnancy scan - therefore she had to try a different way. I would definitely check out why you’re heavily bleeding for two months. There’s something out of sync with you hormonally and you could become anaemic and need iron tablets if you’re continuously lots of blood. A tip to get hormones back on track is plenty of rest so as not to stress your body out and eating plenty of good fats - olives, avocados, nut butters, coconut oil to cook with, egg yolks and salmon if your diet allows.

your skin isn’t necessarily sensitive if it gets red easily, it could just be ‘reactive’ where it gets red if you touch it but the redness goes away after a couple of seconds
