I'm sooo so proud of you!! It's very hard to get clean and to stay clean. I can relate to people saying "I would've never guessed!" when I tell them I'm in recovery, and 4 years clean. I'm a completely different person than I was when I was using. When I first got clean my mom cried and told me she has her little girl back 😢😭 You're an inspiration, and you're probably helping a lot more people than you realize by sharing about this ❤ congrats on 10 years!! 🎉

I’ll have 10 years clean on the 16th of this month. I was a junkie. I now have 3 beautiful girls and the hardest thing was getting and staying clean at first but now that I have children? It’s the easiest choice to make to stay clean. Never ever will they see their mother like that. I didn’t even take the pain meds after my c sections. I asked for non narcotics. I don’t have to be my mother. And I won’t. I’m so happy for you. Congratulations! We are living miracles. Praise Jesus!

I appreciate your story and seeing how proud you are of recovery. It helps so much. I wound up dependent on opioids courtesy of Scoliosis/Sciatica and my physician at the time thinking “hey let’s put this 19 year old on intense pain killers for a chronic issue!” And naturally they stopped helping the pain so take a little more, then a little more than that, and oohhh crap I’m all out and feel like I’m dying. An absolute nightmare. I’m now on recovery medication and I just want to be done with all of it. Never once had I had a substance issue, I’ve always been a “clean” person but wound up trapped in addiction. It genuinely hits anyone at all. It’s so important to have people like you reminding us all that these things can happen and rather than feel shameful it’s better to want to heal ourselves however possible.

There is no shame in being an addict. Addiction can dig it's claws into anyone.. And I myself struggled with addiction. Be proud of yourself you have come along way.

Wow. I’m just now learning this side of you. I’m new to your community. I want you to know I’m glad your open and honest and willing and proud to share your journey. I’m 5 years sober myself and find it important to let ppl know that you become a different person. You go queen! And just to give a little pat on the back if you will, until this video I would not have have pegged you as a person in recovery. You put yourself together and carry yourself in such a manor you seem like you’ve always had a perfect life. You’re doing great!!

I love that you're so honest, because I'm also an open book, and it's a rare quality to see someone being so transparent about their life. I KNOW what you mean about all or nothing. I havent gotten there. It is too much to commit to for me (for reference) i am married and dont have kids and did go through rehab for other substances and havent touched drugs in over 20 years. But alcohol i cant let go of at this point. You are amazing for being so focused. You are amazing and thank you so much for sharing!

Wow. Thank you so much for sharing that! I’m someone who was very into drugs and partying and, especially weed, for years. But I stopped doing party drugs a couple of years back … and I don’t even miss them! Or the lifestyle. Weed is a little harder. I take breaks that last weeks or months even. But I eventually go back to it. I was without it for a month and I smoked a joking while having a beer with a friend last night. It was fun, but I woke up today way sleepier 😂 I’m gonna turn 30 next year so I think it’s probably best for me to stop altogether. Your story is inspiring such are many other people’s recovery stories. Love your little family! ❤

I am also in recovery. I was a chronic drug user of Xanax for over 4 years. I stopped cold turkey on January 1st.

In the last video you did you mentioned the Jason Wu products and I went and purchased stuff too. OMG!!! I'm so glad I did I love his products.

You reminded me of 21st birthday I was never a big drinker, it always bothered me 🤮 even 1 drink vomit 🤢 made me ugh.. Soo anyway my 21st Iwas with my youngest sister and her friends they were all 16/17 I was the only one legal, I was the only one to be ID’d. and I was the only one not drinking. Crazy times. Edit; I agree I hate adulting never felt like one…although I wish I was 29. Am a bit older and never felt my age until cancer decided to try to kill me. I beat it. But now I feel worn out and old

If I drink again like you I will also take it too far and keep drinking. Now I’m pregnant and doing well, no more psych meds, graduated therapy!🎉

I think most of us millennials are recovering addicts. We had so much access to drugs in our teenage and twenties. I relate so much to your life path and I'm many other ppl from our generation that do also. I wore white jackets just like u in early 00's and the sleeves at the very ends would end up stained with my makeup everytime lol. Idr any of my friends wearing them either so it is shocking to see someone with the same style I had back then lol. Anyways addiction is a hard battle but once you're over it you become a whole new person! I had a feeling when seeing ur reels of u going to parties etc that u probably ended up doing the same things most of us did and some of us took it way too far. I'm so proud of u and for u girl way to empower us all. 🥺🤍🙏

The secret of getting old…you never ever ever feel your age. Til, 🪞 😑 then it’s a shock all over again. ESP if you’re like me and rarely use those age reminding wrinkle displays. 🤷🏻‍♀️
