Chloe this look is so pretty. Turbosan from the KatyXDesi palette is meant to be used with wet finger for better payoff, If you must use a brush or because you have long nails like me and have a problem getting close in by the tear duct, you can also use those throwback spongey makeup applicators...you know, like the ones you get smaller drug store quads. They do sell these on Amazon or Sally's I believe. Surprisingly, they actually do work. Other palettes with shimmer/duochrome shadow that must be used in this same way best payoff is the Huda Desert Dusk palette.
