I just recently come across your sewing videos Gertie and love love love them! I love the 50’s and used to belong the a rockers club. I’m 71 now and don’t dance but my sewing has been my life and still is. I made mine and some of my friends circle skirts and petticoats. I so enjoy your videos and can’t get enough. I always had 2 Christmases as well, Dec 25th and Orthodox Christmas in January. Still love doing that. Although when I was with my ex, he is French Canadian, so we also had Reveillon on the 24th so lots of celebrating. My girls still do Reveillon with him in a normal year.

Gertie, if you made a book about sewing for guys, id buy that. Like hemming pants, tightening pant legs and shorting sleeves. 2nd half of book is about sewing a three piece suit.
