SIS!!! I used to HATE GIN, but it’s not the gin I hate, it’s the tonic🤮 try a flavoured gin with lemonade and you’ll like it I swear

bloating is inflammation and biggest inflammatories are gluten, dairy, and alcohol. cutting those things out for a bit and then slowly adding them back in will help you pin point what it is. also, taking a probiotic pill and licorice root vitamins really helped me to regulate how often I was using the bathroom.

Before I was diagnosed with my intolerances my doctor told me to cut out dairy, gluten and fruit for at least 2 weeks. If things clear up reintroduce one of them every 2 weeks to see which makes you ill, then get a blood test and they can test for an intolerance xx

multiple things can affect your bloating e.g. menstrual cycle, stress, water intake, the time you eat (i recommend keeping a diary for a couple weeks in relation to these factors, if it’s not an allergic reaction)

When I got into my 20’s I developed an intolerance. It took me 5 years of pain, sickness, constipation and pregnant belly bloating to get diagnosed with a fructose intolerance/allergy. If it persists go to see a GP. It made my life hell. My diet is so restrictive now but I’m grateful for finally knowing!

Not sure if it's the lighting but Stromnoli is way too green/ olive toned for Sophia, I think Punjab would be better. Punjab is Medium 1, Santa Fe is Medium 2 and Stromboli is medium 3 BUT Punjab is warmer and peachier than Santa Fe so it isn't actually two shades lighter than Stromboli even though the numbers might make you think that x

Omg cins I get that bloating issue soooo often, honestly you'd have to figure out through trail and error what doesn't sit well with your stomach it's likely something you're consuming that your stomach can't tolerate but until you do that, when you have the bloating issue try drinking hot water with lemon, or ginger tea, or even taking tums (idk what they'd be called in the UK but it's for heartburn relief and are these calcium tablets). feel better soon!!!!

Your problem with the hole poo situation might be the açaí + granola + banana. If you eat this too often and don't drink the amount of watter needed then you got the constipation. At least with me that happened :) Maybe this could help you out. xx

I was having similar issues Cinzia, and I went to a nutritionist and it's helped so much. I always think it's best to seek a professional IF YOU CAN, rather than guessing - I guessed for far too long and I never would've worked out what it was had I not seen a professional! The internet can be so resourceful, but there's also a lot of misleading information out there and it can be so overwhelming, and a lot of it won't be relevant to you as there are SO many factors. It doesn't mean you're unhealthy / necessarily eating the wrong foods, but something could just be disagreeing with you right now and it's always useful to know. Hope you're okay!❤️❤️

Prosecco is fine for gluten free diners. Look into cutting out gluten with a health professional as if you have Coeliac disease it needs to be tested before cutting out. Italy has one of the highest Coeliac populations - only a blood test! X
