Get Rid of it All...Decluttering Motivation 

I got rid of ALL my craft supplies to a girl's guide group, and all my plant pots etc to a school that was starting it's own little garden, I live in an apartment with a balcony and Im having it minimal now, also the crafts I hadn't touched for 3yrs 🤔 Manchester, England 💐

I always say IF you can afford something new or second hand that will make your life easier, then buy it !! I have my stand mixer, slow cooker, hand mixer, toasty machine, bread machine in the wardrobes in my Son's old bedroom 😁 I'm just glad I have that space. 💐

A friend of mine put her items on a table at the end of her driveway with lots of free stuff on it. Someone pulled up and took all the free stuff off the table placing the items on the grass and took the nice table. Just put items on an old blanket. Don’t use a table you want to keep.

The Instant Pot has a rice cooker function idk if you're wanting to get a replacement rice cooker because you frequently find yourself also using the IP when you want rice but if not, you've already got something that makes great rice ^_^

You can use that big blue pan for chicken, turkey, ham... so many things. I actually use my crockpot for pot roast because my husband likes it better that way.😊

My parents had kept things for best for many years and for a reason these will never have good use . This made me change my whole outlook on keeping little plates or the mismatched family stuff over using the good stuff and the very best stuff . Yes I had Monica geller towel levels of plates so I let these go . I havnt looked back second time watching 😊

A thought from Midwest Magic Cleaning. Their son Jason is expecting and asks that people make a cash donation to bring his house up to baby worthy. So why not specify something like that? Esp if you have enough things for the first years. I was surprised to learn that some folks don't host baby showers for new borns if the family already has had a child which I find odd, do you? You mention that it's been awhile since you had a baby around. I learned recently that car seats have gone up incredibly in price and actually need to be installed so you might need something that would be a big ticket item (the regs are always changing on cribs, play pens, walkers, high chairs, etc. so asking for cash for those items would be a way for folks to give you an affordable gift and for you to spend it to get what you need --- assuming enough folks actually can do the no presents, cash please routine). Diapers and wipes. Or gift cards so you can buy baby things later on when you need them. Or no gift bags just clear storage containers with gift inside. No cards just a favorite book with a sweet message for baby.
