Thank you Sir. You are right. My body doesnt absorb iron like normal people. I have been put on lohasavam often by the doctor. I have fatty liver after the age of 35. Perhaps iron deficiency is to be blamed in my case as I am facing this since my teen years.. But how to remove this? No amount of scrubbing helps.

Reasons :- - deficiency of fat soluble vit A,D,E,K esp A&E - gall bladder issue - liver issue, which makes bile for vit absorption - lack of iron (from food) Remedies :- - eat food rich in iron, improving metabolism and digestion helps in iron absorption - detox your liver - be disciplined about food timing - do some exercise for good and healthy skin

Good morning Dr. Thanks for all the helpful tips 👍 i also have chiken skin since I was 13-14 year old and in lockdown I noticed that skin has been reduced because as we know we are not able to eat the junks maybe because of that.. or I started working out or yoga .. i didn't got the pimples back but the skin becomes blackish and those pimples leaves there marks I guess is there any remedies for that too??
