Broham I remember Tech decks when I was in my means before. They came out with all the ramps and all. I used to make them out of cardboard boxes. I make a whole fun Box out of a cardboard Box and duct tape. And use metal hangers as real's man. Those were the days so glad to see that they are still around

P-rep is a decent starter fingerboard. Got my first one about a month ago and it’s still pretty good. Plus it’s pretty cheap ($20) and way better than tech deck.

I got a slushcult complete and upgraded to teaks apex new street wheels with the abec 9 bearings. Ended up being $60 total bc the wheels are $30 but they are worth it

In regards to how long parts last, literally everything other than grip will last forever. The deck will obviously last forever, the trucks as well since their made out of metal. The only thing that can go out on trucks is the tuning. The wheels will last forever if you clean them and lube your bearings regularly.

You must not use yours much. Use it for two hours a day for two weeks, and you will definitely notice a difference
