Thank you Joshua. I've been using ticktick for about a year. Clearly I've not used it as efficiently as I could. After watching your tutorials, I'm already more productive. Great series!

Hi Joshua, great content and everything explained step by step, THANK YOU! Thumbs up and subscription goes without saying! Have tried all the ways presented, but I can't manage to create a task from an Outlook email that has a clickable link to the original mail. Have of course tried in the WebApp and also in the desktop client. Unfortunately without success. Do you maybe have an idea or a workaround? I am unfortunately tied to Outlook in business. If I can't manage that, I would have to stay with Outlook with MS ToDo. Would be a real pity. Thank you very much and best regards from Germany!

Thank you Joshua. Excellent tutorial! I mainly use the Gmail add-on Because I do most of my email from my phone or tablet, not the desktop or web version.

Great video! Thanks, Josh. I am new to TickTick and haven't yet set up an email-to-task mechanism. The extensions look like the best way to go.

I think the extension offers a lot of functionality... however most of the time I use the forward into TickTick options... it's just quicker and easier.

Amazing tutorial thank you so good to see all the methods and will be using the forward because looks like I can then just delete the original email.

Josh, very good information, though your order had me bothered. I wish you would have shown your favorite 1st. One of the best reasons to point out is that it works with all your gmail accounts. Then show the others which are limited, but have other good qualities. As a multiple gmail user, I was frustrated from the first that each one was so limited, until the end.

you can also write #tag in it when forwarding a letter

If I'm on my phone and I'm reading the news on Google, I can also "share" on TickTick which also permits me to choose where I want it to go, date, time, etc., priority and the rest. I checked my PC and I don't see the extension there. When I send tasks from Outlook, which is my main email address, I saved the special email to my address book so it's easy to just pick it up from there. You made another email about this subject and someone was asking how do you find the email afterwards, here are all the answers. TFS, Nicole Edit: I tried putting the extension on Chrome and I get an error message; will try later.

This is a great tip - thank you so much for sharing. I have been sending items from my Gmail via the "todo" process, but adding the App to my Chrome account makes it a much smoother transfer and with being able to click the link to get back to the email keeps the task uncluttered.
