Just found your channel...subbed! I inherited my Dad's old 1996 F-150 and have been slowly working at it. I drive it most every day. Put out a video on it a couple of years ago on my channel. Anyways, have this same issue with my driver's side door... thanks for the quick fix/tip on getting this squared away. Good stuff brother!
I bought the Dorman plastic sleeves for mine, but that’s good to know using pipe. Of course, after getting the door to close tight, I found I need new hinge pins, since they sag.
