@@irenegaile Hello, I enjoyed watching your vids, please take care. Just gonna share something, don't irk out because of the topic, deeper understanding about your religion will help you... because you have to know the only law is faith to past judgement, if you follow the 10 commandments and all laws of Moses you will not be saved...nothing else should be prioritized more than getting salvation from Christ works than getting it from your works... Christ did the laws perfectly so we don't have to and died for our sins so you won't stay dead. It is not the intention but it is like His perfect life was ours and His reward as righteous (immortality) and our sinful life was put in His record, and our punishment (death) was on Him, our bad. Again, nothing else should be prioritized more than getting salvation from Christ works than getting it from your works... Basically, we don't have to earn salvation, we ask and receive it from God. We just have to remain still in faith, because He has done the work. Just pay Him back after being saved. There's a miracle that happened to my keyboard and the world has to know that. 😄 You don't need to follow anything from Old Testament but on New Testament the thinnest part for any instruction because Testament means deal and there's an old, which is do all the 600+ laws and the new be under Christ and follow new things unlike 10 commandments just 2 laws, love God and others and a few more things which are basically about just how to work these 2 out, mostly. Ponder on these things.

@@abrahampinedacruz8830 pero sa mga malalamig na lugar at low humidity, nakakatulong talaga cya :) pero pag dito satin unless dry ka talaga, mejo marami mashadog steps hehehe
Hi Dra! I'm a new subscriber po and so far dami ko na pong natututunan, what products or brand you can recommend po as exfoliator for dry and sensitive skin po? Thank you po. ❤️
Yay! salamat! my go-to exfoliant for sensitive skin would be lactic acid and polyhydroxy acids. pwede dn naman low concentration glycolic acid basta introduce it gradually into your routine.
ariana cabasal hello! Sensitive skin muna tayo. Usually ung nakaka experience ng sensitive skin is ung mga weak or compromised skin barrier - usually nangyayari ito kapag: 1. May skin condition that predisposes you to having sensitive skin, halimbawa atopic dermatitis, o kaya 2. You are using harsh cleansers kung saan natatanggal ung protective fatty acids ng skin mo, making it prone to irritation etc Now since you have acne-prone skin, my recommendations: 1. Use mild/gentle cleanser that cleans as well as protects - ung hindi tight at banat ang pakiramdam pagkatapos maghugas 2. Go for moisturizers that are gel-based or water-based 3. Exfoliate regularly with chemical exfoliants containing salicylic acid or physical scrubs that are non-abrasive
Hello! I personally do both physical and chemical exfoliation - depending on what my skin needs at a particular time. But i use exfoliating toners everyday containing low concentration AHA or AHA+BHA. And then physical exfoliation using either microdermabrasion or gentle physical scrubs when i feel that my skin is rough. And then 1-2x a month I i use chemical exfoliating pads. Just make sure to not overdo it kc hindi dn maganda :)
Im a big fan of vitamin c! I use it everyday. The product that I have has vitamin C + vitamin E and ferulic acid. I will make a video about it in the future :)
Prim Mah hello :) For flat marks na red or brown, they will fade naman with time and mawawala as long as hindi ka na nagkakaroon ng bagong pimples so importante dn na maprevent mo ung pagkakaroon ng acne. Para naman sa mga “butas”, unfortunately walang products na pinapahid na pwedeng mag improve ng ganitong scars. U need to do procedures that stimulate collagen formation/remodelling.
Depends on which particular product. I believe they have good products naman, the apricot scrub lng mashadong abrasive in my opinion and should not be used on the face especially by individuals with sensitive skin
Depends meron exfoliating cleansers made of cellulose that are gentle enough to be used daily but i dont recommend using it daily especially if you have dry or sensitive skin :) 1-2x a week should be ok.
Toph Beifong not all the time. Depends sa kailangan ng skin ko. If i feel im super dehydrated and parang dull ung skin ko ginagawa ko lahat. Kc ung korean skin care routine is meant to moisturize, kc dba sa korea dry and weather. Unlike dito satin na humid naman. Pero bare minimum na ginagawa ko sa gabi is double cleanse, toner and night cream :)
There are so many in the market and what to buy will always depend on your skin type and skin concerns. For specific recommendations i suggest a proper consultation so that your skin can be assessed and you be given the right product recommendations.
Hi doc, i just gave birth a month ago and i am currently exclusive nursing/breast feeding is it safe for my baby if i do this skin care routine? (My skin became dry when i got pregnant up to now) -thank you in advance. Just subscribe to your channel, very helpful and informative.
Hello! yes, this is ok just make sure that none of the products gets in contact with your baby because it might cause some skin reactions. Just remember that Korean multi-step skin care routine is meant to moisturize so all the steps are perfect for dry skin. If you have normal, combination or oily, you might want to skip some of the steps especially if you find that it makes your skin too oily or that they feel too "heavy" on your skin. :)
Mashadong abrasive IMO -- though I used to use it before, now sa body ko nalang ginagamit :) Baka try mo naalng chemical exfoliants -- AHA or BHA toners for example
Hi Doc, does vitamin C (serum, essence, etc.) helps fade dark spots or hyperpigmentation? Can it make the fading/healing process faster than just letting it fade alone?
Hello! Tooical Vitamin c is an anti-oxidant that protects our skin from the harmful effects of environmental stressors. It also helps brighten the skin (improve pigmentation), reduce fine lines and even out our skin tone.
Same concern doc. I’m also only wearing sunscreen during the day. Should we do double cleansing with oil or balm? Or enough na po ung mild cleanser lang. acne prone here. Thanks doc.
If you're only wearing sunscreen, double cleansing with a micellar cleanser before washing with your gentle cleanser is ok. If you dont have a micellar cleanser, washing twice with your gentle cleanser is also ok :)
